Go to Dynamics: ahima.crm.dynamics.com and log in to Dynamics using your AHIMA credentials. Select the AHIMA-Sales app.
In Dynamics, navigate to Sales on the left-hand navigation panel and select "Competitors" → select [ + New ].
Fill in your information. Use the handy tooltips as a guide.
Select save.
| ? Tip: To associate a competitor with an opportunity, select the Opportunities tab, and select Add Existing Opportunity. In the Search box, select the Lookup icon, and then select an opportunity from the results. |
