There is currently a backend process in place to update Live Webinar and convert to Webinar (OnDemand) that requires SQL performed by IT. This backend update is responsible for removing the webinar classroom (1) discussion board, (2) participants list, and (3) live event text/date from presentation details.
In the event the webinar is not updated in a timely manner by the sync process, below is alternative step to manually update the Aura classroom.
1. Go to the Aura estore admin site, https://ahima-estore-prod-admin.azurewebsites.net/
2. Navigate to Events >> All Events and search the webinar by ID (this the Admin ID in the product record under the Meetings/General tab)
3. Click to Edit the event webinar
4. On the Basic Information Tab >> Expand the Event Information tab and update the Event Type from Online to OnDemand.
5. Click Save.
6. Refresh webinar in Aura classroom to validate changes.
