The following document outlines the processes as it relates to creating campaigns and bulk redemption codes for orders in Aptify:

  • Bulk redemption code creation
    • Create Campaign
    • Create Redemption Codes within Campaign
  • Export Redemption Codes from Campaigns

  • Create Views in Aptify to Manage Campaigns

Note: For each campaign varying in monetary amount, you will need to create a new campaign. Campaign redemption codes are then created as a means for customers to apply the campaign discount and may only be used once as they are unique - instructions on bulk redemption code creation included in this solution article as well as report retrieval.

Bulk Redemption Code Creation Process

Open the Campaign Management application in Aptify →  double-click Campaigns and create a New Record by selecting the  icon on the top left of the view (if no records populate in Campaigns view then you will need to create a new view in order to have the option to create a new campaign record).
  2. Populate the fields in the New Campaigns Record
    1. Name = Name of School, Program, Book, Bundle Name Etc.
    2. Leave Web Name blank
