Update Inventory Location of an Order in Aptify

You may receive an error that an inventory location is not valid or there is not enough inventory at the warehouse.  The enclosed will detail on how to doublecheck an inventory location within an order line.  


Follow the steps below to select or change the warehouse\inventory location of an order line within an order in Aptify:



1. Open the order and double-click on the line item in question.




2. In the subsequent window, use the search function on the inventory location field.




NOTE: AHIMA/IPC Warehouse is the default location for all shipping out of the Ahima Warehouse. * 

* Contact Publications for further information on Warehouse locations.  



3. Click OK then save and close the order record update the inventory location.
