Fix Orders Stuck in Back Order when Inventory Is Available

Step 1. Validate there is inventory for the product.  If part of a kit and the kit isn't inventoried but the products in that kit are, make sure inventory level in Aptify reflects inventory on hand.  


Once satisfied that you believe the order should have been sent to the warehouse do the following:

 

Step 2. Open the order and change the Order Status to Taken.  (Important, must be in taken status in order to get picked up by the warehouse. )

Step 3. Save the order.  


Step 4. Go to the group orders tab and view the other order lines in this order group.  


Step 5. Go to the Order Group Entity and click find and open type in that order group number.  


Step 6. In the order group, go to the orders tab. Find your order in question, and open that record.  

Step 7. Change to "Ready for Fulfillment.  "


Step 8. Save the order.


You are done.  Order should be picked up at the next 1:00pm transfer to the warehouse.
