Cancel Shipped Orders in Aptify

In some cases, a customer may want to cancel an order after it has been placed. For instance, a customer may have incidentally created a duplicate order. The procedure for cancelling an order can vary depending on the order's status (Taken, Shipped, or Back Order).


If the Order is in Taken (Not Shipped) Status and has no associated payments:*

  1. Open the Order to cancel.

  2. Change the Status from Taken to Cancelled.

  3. Save the record.


*If the order is locked, then this order is locked for shipping and will need to be cancelled by the warehouse (Walsworth - Finance).
