Add Product to Reward Token Center (Consume)

This documentation outlines the process of adding a product to the my.ahima.org token reward center for consumption. That is, customer will use select quantity of tokens to purchase a product. Follow the steps below to add a new product to the token reward center.


Before adding a product to token reward center, verify the following:


1. Product price(s) must be >= $1.00 (if no charge, enter $1.00 and mark as "excluded from search")




2. If Product type is "Meeting", follow the date structure below: 
  • Start Date/Time (Meetings Tab >> General tab) must be set to date in the future.
  • Available On (Product Details tab >> General tab) must be set to today or date in the past. 


3. Validate product set up correctly via the webstore product check: https://reports.ahima.org/reports/report/Products/Web%20Store%20Product%20Check


Step 1: Add Reward Token Action to Product 


1. In the product, go to Product Details tab >> Product Reward Tokens

 

2. Add new Action 

  • Action = Consume 
  • Quantity (Numerical) = e.g., 1 (token), 2 (tokens) 
  • Check Is Active 


 



Step 2: Add Product to Reward Token Campaign 


3. Go to Campaign Management >> Search for and open campaign 152 "Reward Token"  

 

 

 

 

4. In the 152 campaign, go to the Discounts tab >> then Products tab and click to create New.


5. Complete the following fields: 

  • Set Type= e.g. Discount % 
  • Set Discount Percentage = e.g. 100
  • Set Member Type = e.g. All Types (only members receive Reward Tokens)
  • Set Include Sub-Member Types = Checked 

 



  • 6. Click OK then Save and close the campaign record.
     


7. Go to my.ahima.org/rewards to validate the product is listed in the reward center.



Note: Product listing on Token Reward Center is driven by Product ID (lowest to highest) via automated backend sequence. Back office list view displays oldest to newest products in the order of which they were added to the campaign - screenshot below.
