When a customer is missing CEU's from a webinar they attended, the reason might be that the meeting registration status is still set to registered. Follow the instructions below to update the status.
1. In Aptify, go to Meeting Management.
*If you don't have meeting management in your Aptify view, go to the A in the top left and select Applications.
Highlight Meeting Management and use the arrow in the middle to move it to the right. Hit OK.
2. Under Meeting Management, right click on Meeting Registrations. Select Connect to Share Folder.
3. Select the shared folder Ahima_chicago\delavegaj, click on Meeting Registration Shared Views and hit OK.
4. Open the shared view and type in the customer's person ID. This is their Aptify ID, not their AHIMA ID.
5. Open the meeting registration record you are looking for.
6. Change the status from Registered to Attended.
7. Save and close.
8. Open the person record. Under the Meetings tab, you will see the status is set to Attended.
9. Under the CEUs tab, you will see that the CEUs now appear.
10. Impersonate the user. The CEUs will now appear in the CEU center.
