Troubleshooting Tips:
- Instruct user to log out fully.
- Confirm using Google Chrome as primary browser to access the course.
- Clear cache and cookies, or use the Google Chrome incognito web browser.
- Then log-in to myAHIMA account (my.ahima.org).
- Navigate to the Education and Certification section and click on Learning Center
- In the Learning Center, you will see the course listing. Click on the course to launch.**
**Confirm pop-ups are not blocked.
For Application Launch Center 3M section: Please be mindful that the application times out every 4 minutes if there is no activity and you will be required to log in again.
Things to keep in mind:
- There is no form of impersonating users to verify access to course sections due to advanced secured SSO, so you will be brought back to the AHIMA login page unless you have obtained the users' username (email) and password.
- If the user received the following error (below) that may be an indication that we hit our threshold for the # of concurrent users.*
*If the above error screenshot is reported, please contact John Richey. John will need to reach out to 3M to increase the limit.
