Membership Renewal Pricing Incorrect

*If at any time a user's membership renewal fee is less than what is listed please verify that the user has a home address in their Aptify record.*


Note: The home address is used to assign a CSA (linked to CSA fee). 


Best practice is always to test the the renewal in Aptify test (remote.ahima.org). 

Start by confirming there is a home address and if there is not, then enter a fake address for testing purposes to validate the renewal rate.

Haley McDaniel did not have a home address listed in Aptify record. 

The renewal rate for Professional - Premier Membership should have been $199 which includes the CSA rate. Since the user did not have a home address listed for the CSA pull, the renewal rate was listing as $147.76 which is inccorrect. 




Please submit a ticket at support.ahima.org if the issue persists after the home address has been updated.
