Visit : \\ahimavlab-02\c$\3mhis\3mws\ssl
Copy *.crt and *.key to that location.
Login into server, navigate to the below location and update the values for the certificate & key location in the following file:

Restart the 3M Web Services.
Once completed visit https://3m-usa.ahima.org to verify new Cert is being used.
