Knowbe4 agent is installed on azprdaadc01 installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\KnowBe4\ADIsync
AHIMA.local file contains the criteria in which the KnowBe4 agent is synchronizing with AHIMA Active Directory.
You will see it's looking for *ALL_Ahima membership, which these users have, and by the error log above that's what they are being picked up at, but they don't seem to like the email address being provided.
