Check to confirm the web user ID exists in Aptify. If the web user ID exists in Aptify but does not have a password follow the steps below to generate a new object ID to restore access.
Confirm object ID matches original azure b2c web user ID generated in Aptify, then delete the user profile in Azure B2C.
In Aptify web users, delete the originally generated Azure B2C web user ID.
Go to myAHIMA and log-in using the email user ID and password set to generate a new object ID and restore access (this may take a couple of seconds).
