The access denied error is likely due to the user missing the Azure Member Role from member group in Umbraco. Follow the steps below to reconfigure.
1. Go to cms.ahima.org/umbraco
2. Click on on Members, then All Members
3. Search for person. Look for any duplicates during this time and clean up.
4. Open the user record and add to missing member group: Azure Member Role
5. Validate the AHIMA/member ID is present and matches record in Dynamics (or Aptify), if user exists.
Pro Tip: The easiest thing to do would be to delete the user, then instruct the user to log-in to issue a new user with member group in Umbraco. |
