Duplicate Webinar Appearing in Aura (w/ Confirmed Duplicate Webinar Order)

Created by Kevin Schmidt - HCPro, Modified on Thu, 9 Oct at 3:09 AM by Kevin Schmidt - HCPro

If the user is seeing a duplicate webinar listing in their Aura / eStore dashboard then the first thing to look for is a related duplicate order in the Aptify Person record Orders tab.

SAMPLE: Linda Farrell submitted request to remove duplicate webinar listing from Aura / eStore dashboard:

1. In Aptify, go to person's record → Orders tab to confirm duplicate order.

*If the duplicate order is not cancelled then it is expected that the webinar will be listed twice in their Aura webinar dashboard.

2. Then confirm duplicate webinar listing in Person's Meeting tab.

3. Next, we will want to ensure we cancel the CORRECT duplicate webinar in Aptify. To mark the Attendee Status as Cancelled on the duplicate webinar, we will need to edit each meeting registration record.

4. Go to Meeting Management service → Meeting Registrations entity → CREATE VIEW TO LOOKUP BY PERSON ID

[Create New View (or connect to Ahima_chicago\delavegaj "Meeting Registration Shared Views" shared folder)

General Name Meeting Reg Lookup by Person ID

Filters Value  Attendee =

5. Double-click to open the duplicate Meeting Registration record (Attendee Status = Registered) and updated the status to "Cancelled". Save and close the record.

6. Back in the Admin Aura / eStore, refresh the browser (Impersonating User) to see update. The duplicate webinar should now have been removed per the meeting registration status update.
