Issue: The customer purchased a webinar kit/bundle but the webinars purchased are not listed in the person's Meetings tab nor are they listed in the person's Aura eStore record.
Solution: Create and ship a new order containing each individual sub product that is tied to the primary webinar (product) kit/bundle purchased to trigger a new sync.
1. In Aptify, open the specified webinar kit/bundle and go to Assembly (Sub Products)
2. Double-click to open the Sub Product in the Product Kit/Bundle Assembly
3. Click on hyperlinked "Sub Product" and copy the Product ID (you will need to do this for each Sub Product listed in the Assembly tab of the kit/bundle) *
*Save each sub product ID that will need to be entered as order lines in the new order.
In the new order,
4. Add all individual Product IDs to the new order lines and complete the following fields:
- Campaign = “Webinar eStore Sync” (100% discount on all product line item)
- Order type = Regular
- Payment Type = Purchase Order
- PO # = Webinar eStore Sync
In the person record,
5. Click to refresh the person record and review the new webinar eStore sync order that was shipped to confirm all webinars purchased appear in person record “Meetings” tab.
Note: A successfully processed webinar/meeting order will have an eStore ID update in the order history view.
In Aura eStore Admin site,
6. Impersonate person to confirm the webinars are now listed in their account.
