Impersonate User in Aura eStore to Verify Webinar Access (ADMIN ONLY)

1. Go to https://estore.ahima.org/MyRegistration and log-in to your admin account.

2. Click Search function in the lower left corner to lookup using Username (email), full name or Aptify Person ID #.

3. Click on the eye next to the user information then the arrow facing right to impersonate.

4. The impersonate mode in aura will allow you to see all upcoming and completed webinars for the user.

5. When you are done impersonating, click on the eye again (bottom left corner) and click Stop.
