Your new laptop has shipped directly to you and is ready to complete its enrollment. Please complete the steps of this guide to complete the enrollment process.
Deployment Steps

Power the laptop on

Select your keyboard layout

Connect to Wifi |

Sign in with your ahima.org email account
Sign-in information provided in welcome e-mail from IT or HR.
Complete 2FA authentication if enrolled.

Your Laptop will start it’s deployment and may reboot a few times
|

Complete Network Login – Connect to VPN
|
|

Click the Network sign-in icon
|
|
9 |
Connect to anyconnect.ahima.org
|
|
10 |
Login with ahima.org email address
|
|
|
|
|
11 |
Login to Laptop with ahima.org email address
|
|
12 |
Laptop will continue to install apps and my need to reboot up to 4 hours after deployment
|

Troubleshooting
- Depending on your internet connection a couple of hours may be required for the process to complete

If you encounter an error screen
- Reboot the laptop and resume deployment
- Check that WiFi is connected
