How To - Disable Aptify Account

STEP 1
1. Connect to the Aptify PROD database
2. Click "Users Administration"
3. Click "Users"
4. Select "Active & Trusted"
5. Find and select the User ID to remove.
6. Click "Next" on the window prompts until you arrive to Step 5. Uncheck "Active User"
7. Click "Next" through remaining prompts and select "Finish".
STEP 2
1. Select "Organization Management"
2. Click "Employees"
3. Using search function, enter the syntax required (%employeelastname%) Example: %sheber%
4. Click "Details" tab
5. Make sure "Inactive" is checked.
