If staff is unable to see search results in Aptify, their account may be restricted. Follow the steps below to ensure the indicated user is set up accordingly. |
1. In Aptify, go to Organization Management → Organization Level Security → All
2. Find the employee record and confirm all fields:
a. Employee - Link employee ID
b. Organization - Link AHIMA (ID: 1)
c. User ID - Standard format: AHIMA_CHICAGO\X
Search for User ID in Users Administration → Users → Active Trusted* (*New view may need to be created)
3. Save and close record.
