Staff Unable to Search for Records in Aptify

If staff is unable to see search results in Aptify, their account may be restricted. Follow the steps below to ensure the indicated user is set up accordingly.  


1. In Aptify, go to Organization Management Organization Level Security → All 



2. Find the employee record and confirm all fields:

           a. Employee - Link employee ID

           b. Organization - Link AHIMA (ID: 1)

           c. User ID - Standard format: AHIMA_CHICAGO\X

                

            Search for User ID in Users AdministrationUsers Active Trusted* (*New view may need to be created)


3. Save and close record.
