Overview Troubleshooting Users Unable to Log-in to my.ahima.org

1. Go to https://portal.azure.com/ → Azure Active Directory → Users and search for user by first/last name, the web user ID (mix of characters), or email address. If found, go to step 5. 


2. Back in Aptify, look for any records in Person External Accounts (e.g. Desire2Learn) tied to web user and move them over to the primary email web user.

 

3. Back in Azure Prod B2C, select the user and click Delete User.


4. Back in Aptify, go to original person record and use the web user ID and password to login as user at my.ahima.org to generate a new Azure Prod B2C web user. 


5. Refresh web user record in Aptify to confirm new B2C login. 


6. Confirm new B2C user in Azure Active Directory.
