Remove Exam Application Eligibility Reason from Web Form

Eligibility Reasons cannot be deleted because there are applications that are linked to each option. 

The only option is to deactivate the Eligibility Reason in Aptify to remove it from the web form. 

1. In Aptify, go to the Certification Type in question --> select the Eligibility tab.

2. Double-click to open the Eligibility Reason to be deactivated --> Uncheck the "Is Active" box. 

3. Click OK, then save and close the certification type record.
