People can be added to committee terms via person record or committee management application.
Add New Member to Committee Term via Person Record
1. Open the Persons record
2. Go to the Committees tab
3. Click the Add to Committees button
4. From the Filters options in the Select Committee Terms window, select Current Committee Terms
5. In the Voting Member box and the selected box for Student Advisory Committee terms, place a check mark
6. In the Rank column for each term, Enter 2 then click OK
7. Click Yes to confirm the addition to the selected committee terms
8. Click OK when prompted that your Person was successfully added to the committee terms
The committee terms should now appear in your Persons record’s Committee tab. A user can edit or delete a Person’s Committee term settings by right-clicking on an entry
9. Close Record
10. (If applicable) Re-open and show how they can edit and select a new title to make them the chairperson

1. In Aptify, go to Committee management application, then Committees (create new view to see all committees)

2. Open the committee
3. In the Terms tab, select the term applicable
4. In the Committee Terms record, go to the Members tab, then click add new to create new committee term record
5. Enter member name to link person record
6. Enter "2" in the rank field
7. Click OK, then save and close associated windows
8. Go to person's record committees tab to validate term.
