1. Update name in Aptify person record
| Note: Name change account update connection from Aptify to Pearson Vue (PowerApps) runs twice a day, once at 8 AM CST and 1 PM CST |
2. Go to the Pearson Vue Update dashboard: https://apps.powerapps.com/play/9f5bd8a3-0631-4ca1-b42a-879d9ba8f5b6?tenantId=0f78a38d-1d54-499d-a397-eec7ff56d0f0&source=portal&screenColor=rgba(0%2C%20176%2C%20240%2C%201)
3. Type in the AHIMA ID in the top search button
4. Click on the arrow to view person record details
5. Validate person name change has been updated, then click the checkmark (upper right corner) to send update
| Note: File update is sent to SMTP Server every 30-45 minutes, so expect a delay in the person name change in Intellivue. |
6. Confirm name change in Intellivue.
