Adjust CEU Record to Obtain Print Certificate Button in CEU Center

CEUs that are self-reported by users via the myAHIMA CEU Center are not programmed to automatically show the "Print Certificate" icon.


Follow the steps below to show the Print Certificate button on CEU listings:

1. Verify with user which CEUs are missing the "Print Certificate" button in the CEU center. 


2. In Aptify, look up the user and click to impersonate the user to validate the CEU print certificate is missing from the CEU center listings.



3. In Aptify person record, go to CEUs tab and double-click to open the certifications record that is missing the print certificate button. 


 



4. In the Continuing Education Units record, from the General tab click to view the Details tab. 



5. Mark the "Show Certificate" box to populate the print certificate button in the CEU center. 



6. Click save and close the CEU record. 


7. Refresh the web browser where you have person impersonate (or click "Impersonate" again in Aptify) to verify the update to the CEU certificate print button.
