Customers receive a banner alert when they certification is up for renewal. In some instances, the banner may appear to have calculated the incorrect recertification amount.

Step 1. Review the person's active credentials. Only one credential should be marked as primary.

Step 2. Review the person's active credential Sync Cycle start/end dates. Any secondary credentials awarded should be put in the Sync Cycle (i.e. match the secondary credential Sync Cycle to the first credential) *

*One reason why the Sync Cycles may not match is usually caused by early testers. To avoid this mismatch Sync Cycle, ensure all components are received (e.g. transcript).

Step 3. Update the credential Sync Cycles to match primary credential.

Note, If the the recertification fee amount is still appearing incorrect, then create a new quotation.

EXAMPLE: Geraldine O (ID: 6027565) recertification fee is appearing as $140 (incorrect). The Sync Cycle was updated and a new quotation was created to reflect the updated amount due.
