Validating Completed Webinar/Quiz in Aptify

The steps below outline the process of validating quiz and survey completion for CEUs.

Example Incident: User states they did not receive CEUs for a completed quiz.

1. In Aptify, open the person record and navigate to the Knowledge Participants tab - this is where all quizzes are stored for any persons in Aptify.

Here you will look up the quiz in question to verify completion status.

2. Double-click to open the quiz record. Note: Survey Result field and Is Complete checkbox.

3. Click on the hyperlinked Survey Results to open the survey result record. Note: survey Score and Status. If passed, then CEU would have been awarded.

4. Next, navigate to the CEUs tab and search for the quiz in question to verify CEU was awarded.

5. Impersonate user via Aptify person record and go to CEU Center* to validate CEU is populating.

*REMEMBER TO CLICK "SHOW ALL CYCLES"

PRO TIP: Bypass steps 1-4 and start by impersonating to verify CEU Center (including Show All Cycles). If you do not see the CEU listed, then proceed to validating completion. It could be that the user failed. :)
