Note: A daily run has been implemented in Aptify to check for completed D2L courses missing CEUs in CEU center to force the update. The steps below are for a workaround related to customer accounts that do not reflect CEUs in the myAHIMA CEU Center for course that have been completed and passes.
We recommend following these steps for immediate update:
1. In Aptify, open the person record and go to Online Class Registrations to open the course in question.
2. In the Online Class Registrations ID record Results tab, the CEU ID should not be blank (see sample screenshot below)*.
*If the CEU ID field is blank then this is causing the CEU to not appear in the customer's CEU Center.
With the new implemented update for daily checks, this CEU ID will be force-generated daily by the system.
4. In the comments section, type "CEU ID was not auto-created" and save the record, then refresh to confirm the CEU ID is now populating in the Results tab.
5. Log-in to the customer's myAHIMA account by impersonating to confirm the CEUs are now appearing in their CEU Center.
