Record Tabs Not in Default Order / Reorder Tabs in Default New Record

If you've unintentionally reordered the tabs within any record in Aptify and want to update back to the original order follow the steps below:


EXAMPLE: The Orders record is now showing Shipping tab as first tab when it the primary tab should be Customers. 


1. Open anew blank record. 


2. Right-click on the tab and click on configure. 



3. Reorder the tab elements by selecting and using the up/down arrows.



4. Click OK. 


5. Validate by closing blank record and opening a new record.



If the issue persists, please submit a helpdesk ticket.
