Shared folders allow team members to share views they have created with others.
1. Right-click the entity or Service you are working with (i.e. Persons) and select Create Folder.
2. Name the folder that will help other team members understand what you are sharing within the folder.
3. Select the Share this Folder box and click OK.
NOTE:
Once the folder is created you will see it under the Entity you created it in after the Aptify application refreshes.
From there you can create views, or copy and paste views you have already created, as well as drag a view into that folder. Any changes to views that you make in the folder would be accessible to those who connect to it.

Team members who connect to your shared folder will see any new views you create in that folder, however they will not be able to change your views. Reference the above article on how another team member can copy your view to be able to edit.
