Access Aptify Test

What is Aptify Test?

Aptify Test is a "sandbox" where users can create fake user accounts, orders, make edits to test products, etc. to see how things work before making any changes/updates in Aptify Production. Use Aptify Test to safely test/experiment new changes.

How do I access Aptify Test?

Connect to VPN, then go to https://remote.ahima.org to access Aptify Test.

If you do not see Aptify Test in your RemoteApp folder, please submit a ticket to AHIMA HelpDesk.

Is Aptify Test up-to-date?

It is not the most up-to-date data, but updates are made regularly to mirror Aptify Production to a certain extent*. You may see orders in Aptify Test that users may have recently ordered in Aptify Production. If you're unsure about making a certain change to a record or product in Aptify Production, start in Aptify Test first, or contact AHIMA Support.

*All person emails are updated to non-working emails with the exception of AHIMA staff that have created Aptify Test accounts to log-in to https://my-test.ahima.org.

Access myAHIMA Test Environment to Create User Accounts or Purchase Test Products

myAHIMA Test Website: https://my-test.ahima.org

Tip: Use your AHIMA email address to create multiple test accounts to receive confirmations. Simply add a +# (any number starting from 1) at the end of your last name.

Examples: jane.doe+1@ahima.org, jane.doe+2@ahima.org, jane.doe+3@ahima.org, and so on.

Use any CC #s available for testing
Use any mix of expire dates
