While a permanent fix is underway, all webinars missing CEUs will need to be manually updated.
In the following article will walk through the following:
- Order - confirm webinar purchase
- CEUs tab and CEU Center - confirm missing CEUs
- Aura survey response - confirm survey completed
You will need to confirm the following with requestor:
- Person ID
- Order ID
- Webinars missing CEUs
Look up the person record to verify the order.
Go to the CEUs tab to verify the credit is missing as well as by impersonating the user.
Copy the Person ID and go to Meeting Management à Aura Survey Responses
(Home → EStore → Aura Survey Responses → TIP: Create a view with prompt wizard to search by person ID)
Lookup webinar to verify the survey was taken for the missing credit.
Go to Meeting Management and Meeting Registrations to lookup by person ID and open the meeting registration missing the CEU.
(Home → Meeting Management → Meeting Registrations → TIP: Create view with prompt wizard to search by person ID)
In the meeting registration record, verify the Status = Attended
In the Education Units tab, if it is blank then you will need to create a new CEU record.*
*First write down (or screenshot) the following meeting details (In Meeting record → Meeting Logistics → CEUs):
- Education Category
- Education Units
-
Click to create a new CEU record.
In the new CEU record, complete the following fields:
- CE Type = Certification
- Education Category = (info located in original Meeting record → Meeting Logistics → CEUs tab)
- Education Units = (info located in original Meeting record → Meeting Logistics → CEUs tab)
- Certification Type = Meeting
Click OK then save and close the meeting registration record.
Refresh the person record and confirm CEU is now appearing in person record CEUs tab.
Impersonate the user to verify the CEU is appearing in their CEU Center on myAHIMA.
