If a user indicates they are unable to search for general products on the my.ahima.org website, confirm they do not have a "Promotional Code" applied to their account.
When a promotional code is applied the search is limited to only listing products that qualify for the discount.
To exit the restricted promotional code view click "Remove" at which point the user can then resume standard search.
