International Dial-in for Teams Meetings

This article covers the concepts of using teams for international dialing. MS Teams is a system designed and optimized to work over the internet eliminating the need for traditional phone conferencing.  


While connecting to the audio portion of the meetings over the internet is the preferred method, you do still could use a traditional teleconferencing number to connect to the meeting. 


The call-in details are in each meeting invite, and for international or out of state callers who want to avoid toll charges, please see below on how to locate a local dial in number.


 


1. Click on the Local Numbers hyperlink in the invite


2. Select the reginal number best to call from your area


NOTE: Attendees can call any number on that list to connect to the same meeting.
