The FindTime Outlook add-in is a time-saving online meeting scheduling tool (think Doodle). This add-in allows you to create a poll to find availability booking appointments from within Outlook. For instance you can pick a few time slots that you would are available to have a meeting with an outside party. Instead of asking back and forth, when are you available, you are able to create a quick poll that your attendees can answer. Once completed you can select the meeting time and book it.
