Displaying Categories on Communication Preferences

The naming convention of the category in HubSpot will determine how they are rendered on the communication preferences on my.ahima.org.

Visibility

Starts with Archive_ -> will not appear for anyone. Always hidden.

Starts with N_ -> only visible to non-members.

Starts with M_ -> only visible to members.

Starts with C_ -> only visible to credentialed users.

Starts with E_ -> only visible to educators.

Organization

If the category name is to be categorized under a header, then the header name and category name would be separated by an underscore, with the header name before the category name.

Format

[Visibility_]…[Header_]Category

Visibility is optional. Can use many.
Header is optional. Limited to one.
Category is required.

Example: M_Membership_Membership Benefits

Visible to members only

Header is “Membership”
Category name is “Membership Benefits”
