Using the Medicare RVU and Fee Data Add-On

This add-on is accessible from the SelectCoder home page and allows users to view and export Medicare RVU and fee data for both CPT and HCPCS codes.

How to Use the Tool

1. Begin by selecting codes or ranges:
   • Click on CPT, HCPCS, or Specialty under Find Codes
   • Or manually enter code ranges (e.g., 30000-30999) into the Selected Codes box
2. In the middle column, review and configure:
   • The code year to view
   • Any GPCIs (Geographic Practice Cost Indexes) to include
3. Click Search to view your results.
4. Use Save Search to store your selections for future use.
5. Export your results by clicking the CSV or PDF buttons.

Custom Fee Setup

• Click Custom Fees to begin setup
• Add fees individually using the Edit button next to a code
• Or upload a batch of fees using a properly formatted CSV file
• Click Download Sample File to ensure proper formatting
• Saved custom fees will appear in the Custom Fee column of your report when selected
