Fee Schedules

This add-on can be access from the SelectCoder home page and allows users to view and export Medicare RVU and fee data for CPT and HCPCS codes.

To use the tool, first select codes or code ranges by clicking on CPT, HCPCS, or Specialty after Find Codes. Codes or code ranges (e.g., 30000-30999) can be entered in the Selected Codes box as well.

Next, review the options in the middle column and select the code year you wish to view and the GPCIs you wish to add and click search. You can save search settings to access the same information by clicking on Save Search. Click on the CSV or PDF buttons to export your results.

Custom fees for your organization can be added to the tool by clicking on the Custom Fees button. You can add fees individually by code by clicking on the Edit button or uploading a CSV file with multiple codes. Download the sample file to view the proper format. You can then save the custom fee and then choose it from the Fee Data page when generating a report. It will appear in the Custom Fee column.
