In addition to the Category 4 (OASIS Data Set – Forms and Items) Q&As that display indexed on their respective item detail pages, the Coding Center includes the Category 1 (Applicability), 2 (Comprehensive Assessment) and 3 (Follow-up Assessments) Q&As. You'll find them all on the CMS Q&As page accessible through the main menu bar.

You can scroll through the entirety of these Q&As by clicking/expanding the General button on the CMS Q&As homepage.

Or you can use the CMS Q&As Search Bar to query all the Q&As, regardless of whether they fall into Category 1, 2, 3 or 4.

Once you've found the Question you're looking for, click it to reveal the Official Answer – and perhaps a DH plain-English Summary as well (available on more than 600 of the Q&As).
