Add Code To Code Tracker

Click the Add to Code Tracker icon to the right of the code descriptor to store the primary and up to 24 secondary diagnoses as you work through each patient record.

Click the  in the Toolbox on the right side of the page to view all the codes* currently on your Code Tracker. Within the Code Tracker window, you can:

• drag and drop codes to resequence
• remove individual codes using the 
• select all codes within your Code Tracker using the 
• or  all the codes off your Code Tracker to begin anew

Be sure to click  before exiting the Code Tracker to retain your adjustments.

*CMS allows one primary and "up to 24 secondary diagnoses that may be eligible for additional payment under the PDGM" – so the Code Tracker's PDGM Validation checks only the first 25 codes listed.
