Update Event Attendee Email Address

Go to Dynamics: https://ahima.crm.dynamics.com and log in to Dynamics using AHIMA SSO. Select the AHIMA-AMS app. 


The following documentation is a step-by-step on how to update the primary email an event attendee used to register for an event in Dynamics. 

 


1. In Dynamics AHIMA-AMS, select the Event Mgmt workspace. 


2. Go to Event Attendees then search for event registrant. 


3. Click to open the event attendee record, then click on the hyperlinked contact record in the attendee field. 




4. Update the Primary eMail field and secondary email address, as needed. 



5. Click save and close.
