Cancel Event Attendee Registration (Non-Financial)

Go to Dynamics: https://ahima.crm.dynamics.com and log in to Dynamics using AHIMA SSO. Select the AHIMA-AMS app. 



Step 1. Go to Dynamics >> Event Mgmt >> Click on Event Attendees entity and select the 2022 Advocacy Summit Registration List from views drop-down. 


Step 2. Find event attendee that is cancelling registration and click on the associated Event Attendee Reference hyperlink to open their event attendee record. 


**Ensure finance has already issued cancellation refund, if applicable. 


Step 3. In the event attendee record, go to registration info section in general tab and switch the status field from "Registered" to "Cancelled". 



Step 4. In the cancellation section, enter the cancel date and enter a cancel reason. 




Step 5. Save and close the event attendee registration record.
