1. In Event Management portal, go to the Events tab and click to open the event from the active events view.
2. Click on the ellipsis (or Related tab) to expand the dropdown and select “Attendees” for a general list of event attendees.
3. Click on the hyperlinked attendee name to open the attendee contact record.
4. Go to the Related tab (or ellipsis, then Related), and select Activities.
5. In the Summary tab, you can view attendee email activity under Timeline.

Forward Email
1. Hover over the email located under Timeline and click the forward button. This will redirect you to draft email.
2. Fill out the draft email (To, Cc, Bcc) and be sure to select the contact record that contains the person icon -->
(optional) Add a personalized message in email body field.
3. Once you're done drafting the email, click Send.
