In the upper right corner, click the "My Account" drop-down arrow to access "Manage Users".
On the "Manage Users" page, you will see a summary of your account’s service (membership) levels. The Service Level Summary table displays the number of your purchased, used and available licenses – or “seats” – at the Coding Center’s Standard, Professional and/or Expert membership levels.
The Account Members table displays the first name, last name, email address, username, company and service level for each user on your account. It also will display if a user(s) have been locked out for trying to unsuccessfully log into the Coding Center too many times.
What does User Management allow me to do?
Click the Edit button on the right side of the Account Members table for any user to:
- edit their first name, last name or company
- change their service (membership) level*
- provide them with Admin rights
*Note: To do so, there must be an available license or “seat” at the service (membership) level you want to reassign the user to. If you need more licenses/seats, contact your account specialist at dhpacsales@decisionhealth.com.
Click the Select checkbox on the right side of the Account Members table for any user, then click the appropriate button to:
- unlock them so they can sign into the Coding Center again
- remove them from your used licenses
Click the Add New User button to add a user to your account.** The system first will prompt you to enter their User Name/Email to verify that they don't already have a membership to the Coding Center or any other DecisionHealth electronic product.
**Note: To do so, there must be an available license or “seat” at the service (membership) level you want to assign the user to. If you need more licenses/seats, contact your account specialist at dhpacsales@decisionhealth.com.
If a Coding Center service (membership) level record is found for that User Name/Email, you will be prompted to contact our Customer Service department.
If a record is found for that User Name/Email but with NO Coding Center membership, you will prompted whether you would like to add the user to your account. If you select "Yes", the password, first name, last name and company fields will auto-populate. Simply select the available service level (membership)*** you wish to assign them to and click Add User.
