Type a single term, multiple terms, code* or code range* into the Search bar, then hit Enter on your keyboard or click the button to search the Tabular.

*Note: The Tabular Codes section is the ONLY section you can search ICD-10 by alphanumeric code.

Tabular term search: A Tabular term search returns results based on relevancy. The application looks for the term(s) in the code descriptor, then the Includes notes and the Clarifying Terms.

Tabular code search: A Tabular code search for a truncated code will return that code and all the more specific codes beneath it. Click on any code on this page to go directly to the code’s detail page. Note that if you enter a full code – a code at its highest level of specificity – in the Search bar, the results will take you directly to that code’s detail page.
